Thomas Blondiau graduated in 2007 as master in business economics and obtained the degree of master of advanced studies in economics in 2008 at K.U.Leuven. Since October 2008, he works as a junior researcher at the Center for Economic Studies at K.U.Leuven, among the research group Energy, Transport and Environment. His research mainly focuses on enforcement of environmental policy and empirical analysis of sanctions. His research mainly focuses on efficiency of environmental policy enforcement and econometric analysis of courts/enforcement processes.
