LL.M. in European Criminology and Criminal Justice Systems
Annelies Balcaen obtained her degree as master in law in 2003 and graduated as master in European criminology and criminal justice systems in 2004.
Since then, she has been working as a scientific researcher at the Institute for International Research on Criminal Policy at Ghent University. She has participated in several national and European projects on trafficking in human beings, cooperation in criminal matters en organized crime.
